Excellent selection - ice cream, oat based, sorbet, fro yo. So many choices. Food labels are right next to the products. Excessively great amount of fun toppings. Appreciate that hot fudge is gluten free. Has to go items. Kids have fun pulling the handles on their own. Comes out fast! Plenty of eat in spaced out or all the "to go" items are stocked and ready. Enjoy.

The store and machines/toppings area were clean, the employee was quick and very friendly, prices were fair, and there were a few tables for outdoor seating available. My only complaint is that the frozen yogurt was a little melted/runny but I went right before closing and it could've been a fluke with one of the machines. Overall, I highly recommend 16 Handles and will definitely be a return customer!
