  This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. This location is so convenient but I’m done giving it chances. I’ve been to the Glenmont chipotle a few times and every single time there is the longest wait in the chipotlane. Just for you to get your food and your order be wrong. They either don’t include ingredients asked for or substitute other ingredients for stuff they don’t have. Ingredients you don’t even want, I’m not sure their thought process on this. The staff are so lazy, rude, and unsanitary. This place always has messy counters and garbage everywhere on the inside. I’m not sure how this place is still up and running. My most recent experience, I ordered on the app for pick up. I ordered steak, rice, cheese, fajita veggies, guac, corn salsa, lettuce, and tomato green chili salsa. I was told at the chipotlane that they were just waiting on the steak. The picture is what I was given. How is this acceptable?

  My second terrible experience at this particular store. I could write a long diatribe but the gist of it is: rude and unprofessional service, unclean store, and my order was entirely wrong and also missing items. Along the way I was gaslit and had to waste nearly a half hour rectifying my order, only to get home to find that there was even more wrong and missing than I was aware of. I had another bad experience at another site previously. There seems to be no real management, and the atmosphere is unprofessional to the extent it seems like mayhem. Like mom and dad are out of town and everything is going to heck. After these three poor experiences, I will never (ever) go to any Chipotle again. They’ve got serious issues.

  I like the review of the guy that told a whole story so imma do the same. It is a beautiful Friday night and me and my buddies just finished a nice round of golf. Because we hit the ball so good we worked up an appetite. We decided to eat at our local chipotle. We arrived (5 of us) and got in line. I had to use the bathroom. One of the bathrooms had a closed sign on it so I used the other one. I entered the bathroom, which was very tidy, HOWEVER… when I began to wash my hands the water was FREEZING cold and on top of that there were NO paper towels. So I exit the bathroom with cold wet hands. One of my friends did a mobile order so we played our favorite game of “which persons food will take longer”. He is waiting behind 2 other people who did mobile order and as I move up in line in noticed that he and the other people had to repeatedly say what their order was to the worker. Not very organized. My friend got his food JUST before I ordered and so I thought we would all be able to eat together. BOY WAS I WRONG. Now mind you, I have been to this chipotle COUNTLESS times and it is bad EVERY time. I was not too hungry so I get a kids meal because it comes with chips and a drink. THE INSTANT I say “kids meal” this employee is already giving me attitude. They were out of the trays for the kids meal so they scraped it all together in the little side dishes. I got chicken (which was scraps at the bottom of the bin), brown rice, and black beans as my three sides. And then I politely ask for a side of cheese as well, knowing it is free. The employee says “what!?”, I say, “can I just get a side of cheese?”. “No you only get 3 sides” (in a mean tone). Now I’m already not having it so I say “every time I get this I always get cheese”. But she must’ve said something before that because then she says “Yeah I know that’s why I said nevermind” in a disrespectful tone. “I just want cheese!” I say as I’m laughing because I’m so shocked by the rudeness. My order finally gets finished but she forgot to put the tortillas with the rest of my sides so one of the employees asks her for them in she slides it (fast) across the whole line. THE PROBLEMS DONT STOP THERE!!! My other friend wanted chips and he asks politely and then the employees start arguing behind the counter about some chip dilemma they have. JUST GET MY BOY SOME CHIPS. Apparently they ran out but had some left that they were gonna throw out or something, idk. But he got his chips in the end, BUT DIDNT GET TO USE HIS FREE CHIP REWARD IN THE APP. (He also had to ask twice for the drink they forgot) As I was cashing out the people in line behind me were mad because they were out of steak, chicken, and salsa. UNACCEPTABLE. It probably took ten minutes to make my KIDS MEAL. We began to eat our less than mediocre chipotle dinner when all of the sudden we see one of our friends’ dad walk out of the restaurant. So we give him a call. Long story short: he drove to pick up a mobile order for his son, got all the way back home and found out that the order was COMPLETELY WRONG. Went back to the store to get the right order (and hopefully give them a piece of his mind). Our story comes to an end as we throw out our trash in the super overflowing trash cans that have not even been looked at since lunch time. And then I walk out the door to the left because I have ptsd from the time the door on the right was locked and I ran into it. That’s my story on the Glenmont chipotle and it’s terrible service.

  HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. This is the worst chipotle in the capital region. Their service is always terrible and they’re extremely rude for no reason. When I went to order this time, a woman scooped out rice with HER HAND and put it in a to go container at around 9pm on April 13- review the cctv footage. If you manage this place you better figure it out before yall get shut down, or sued. Stop hiring trash people.

  Came in an hour and a half before they close, person working the front was already cleaning everything up and informed they didn’t have half the things on menu available (white rice, steak, lettuce), but I could order what they had left. My main concern was that they were spraying Lysol disinfectant spray all over the counter and into the empty food containers, could literally see overspray from it getting on the food they still had and were offering to sell me. Politely declined and left. Wouldn’t trust the food here. Another time prior to this I came in during lunchtime right when they opened and there was food and trash thrown EVERYWHERE from a disgruntled employee the night before apparently, the police were there doing a report with the managers, door was unlocked but they informed me they weren’t open due to the incident after I walked in. Clearly a poorly managed location wouldn’t recommend.
