Deli staff should either be retrained or fired! I waited more than 15 minutes to finally get my (wrong order-the guy was so pissed off at me that he only cut off 1/2 lb of bologna instead of 1 lb that I asked. I get a feeling he was too lazy...lost the store some $) order cut. There was one guy helping a customer, while other staff was looking "busy", and one guy pretending to clean up- at 7 pm, way before closing time. After the customer was finally helped ( multiple items), the clerk that helped said he's going home as his shift is over. I had to wait another 5 minutes as the clerk that was cleaning took his sweet time to finish his sink shining and reluctantly cut my order. I was too tired after a long day of work to start asking for the manager. I will never buy anything from the deli and tell all my friends and neighbors to bring their hard earned money somewhere else.
