  En este restaurante el manager le niega la entrada a los niños que estudian en la escuela cercana, les niega la entrada y las pocas veces que logran entrar es si ordenan desde el telefono frente al seguridad afuera del restaurante y les dice que se tienen que ir a comersela en la calle, se entiende que muchos se comportan mal pero no todos son iguales y pagan justos por pecadores.

  I had a mcchicken meal among other things. I redeemed a mcchicken from points as well. Supposed to have 2 mcchickens total, normally check but hey that day i was like nah they got this. Not so. I called their lines and no one picked up after 10 min of calling. At least pick up the phone guys. Walked 10 miles that day after work. I aint walking back. All i wanted was a refund of points. Not to walk another half a mile for 2.39 or whatever. Just answer the phone at the very least, half of it is automated, so no excuse for not answering the phone.

  They charged me for food I didnt not recieve. And they wont answer their phone. Mistakes happen but try and help out ur customer out

  I am a loyal customer with this Mcdonalds. And I NEVER had to write a bad review to any restuarant. I ordered through the app a mobile order to be brought to me to the parking spot #2 today at 8:35 pm. I waited about 20 minutes, and no one brought my order. At 8:53pm I decided to go in an see what was going on since ive never waited that long. The longest i waited was maybe 10 minutes. But i understood they were busy. I took a quick glance inside the bag thinking everything should be in there. I just get home only to find out that the McChicken was missing from the $5 McChicken meal i ordered. Everything else i ordered was in the bag minus the McChicken. I recieved the small sprite, the small french fries, and the 4 pc mcnuggets, while the McChicken was not in the bag. I tried calling a few times to let them know but no answer. And i was thinking about driving back but by the time i would of drove back would of been too long to even do anything about it. So for the first time I was upset with the service. I also understand that it can be busy, and overwhelming but that's no excuse to not include an item I paid for! Work more effecient not fast to avoid messing up orders. Very unstatisfied.

  I’ve been a loyal customer at this McDonald’s for a long time, always ordering my food here. Today, when I asked to use the restroom, the staff told me it was closed. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. From now on, I will not spend another dime at McDonald’s
