  The worst dunkin, DO NOT COME, YOULL FEEL UNWELCOME, WORKERS YELLING, DISRESPECTFUL, FIGHTING, AND THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED, AND A WORKER LOOKED LIKE HE WANTS TO PUNCH ME IN THE FACE BECUSE I WANTED A DONUT THAT I ORDERD ONLINE I CAME IN AND HE WAS LIKE 5 ONLY (MUNCHKINS) AND I DEMANDED 10 AND THEN HE LOOKED LIKE HE WANTED TO PUNCH ME! HE ALWAYS WEARS A HAT!

  I recently went to buy an Iced Chai Latte. This place uses a machine to dispense milk including their regular milk, oat milk, and almond milk. I didn’t think much of it as they prepared my drink. However, one could see that the the consistency of the almond milk was thick. I usually get this drink at the Dunkin Donuts on Knickerbocker Ave. This Bushwick establishment uses milk from name brand cartons therefore, I figured all Dunkin Donuts used the same quality of milk. My latte tasted awful; I went back to see if they could fix my drink. The employee was dismissive and rude; he said there was nothing he could do. I will not be coming back to this place. It is sad that certain owners change things in order to save some money but don't realize how it affects the quality and taste of items they sell.

  I go to a few Dunkin’s in the area and by far this one is the worst. Geographically it’s the closest location to m but I don’t go there often at all because of the sheer lack of accountability. My drinks are almost always wrong. It’s a toss up to whether or not it’s even worth opening my mouth over and it’s proven that they just don’t care. I can look at my drink and tell you what’s wrong. Black iced coffees shouldn’t have milk in them. Black iced coffees with swirls, should not have milk in them. Why am I repeatedly spelling out what’s wrong with my order just to be stared at not understanding what the issue is? It’s language barrier 100% but how are these people getting the jobs to begin with and going through training if you can’t understand that a black iced coffee is a black iced coffee lol. It’s one thing to make the drink wrong it’s another when you make the drink wrong and try to say it was my fault. Get it together people.
