  As you walk into the Glenn oaks location, the store is clean but not very welcoming. The girls, all young don’t speak or address the customers. They’ll pretend you’re not there as you walk into the door until YOU (the customer) says “hello” or “can I order”. The orders take a while to come out and they don’t even acknowledge the wait.

  I go here all the time very nice and friendly staff. Nice worker who was very helpful with me today and over phone. Orders are never messed up. 10/10 come here!

  Let's get this started right. I love this store! I didn't even know about this place a month ago, but once I came in, Kyla gave me awesome customer service. She told me all about what's popular, and I've been coming back like three times a week ever since. I've been to two stores now, one on Bell Blvd and one on Union. The Union one just does everything better. I really want to give a shout-out to Kyla, Molly, Constantine, Victoria, and I never got the other person's name. Even though I'm here all the time, the staff always gives great service and makes the food just right. If you're new here, try the mango monsoon, it's the best drink. My wife and I look forward to our morning smoothies. I love the rewards program, I get free stuff super fast, and that morning deal with $5 smoothies is awesome.
