  All of the bad reviews are accurate. Ordered on the mobile app. Drove there and order not ready and had to wait over 10 minutes for a burger and a drink.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the woman who took my order early Saturday morning, at 4:40 AM. I waited over 15 minutes just to have my order taken. When I pulled up to the window, the woman—who wears glasses—spoke to me very rudely and asked what I needed; I replied that I needed to place an order. She sent me to the parking lot, claiming that I couldn't remain at the window for more than 15 seconds. I was not pleased with this, as I had already waited over 20 minutes just to order. I waited for my food, but she failed to include my sauces. I returned to the window and told her that my sauces were missing, and she actually replied, "Sauces cost 35 cents, and I'm practically giving them away for free as it is!" I told her that I was willing to pay for them and that it wouldn't be a problem—but the fact remained that she hadn't given me *any* sauces at all.

  Unbelievably poor service at the drive-thru tonight. I ordered nuggets, but they forgot the sauce I asked for. When I drove back around to ask for it, the worker tried to charge me $2 and then forced me to open my bag to "prove" I didn’t have any. The implication that I was trying to scam them over a side of barbecue sauce was insulting and bizarre. I won't be coming back to this location.

  Always forgetting to put food when u order in drive thru what a waste of money

  It's been almost a month and every time I go there at night on my way to work night shift. It takes centuries to get my food; I think snails can do a faster job. You wait 10 minutes to order food, then wait another 10 minutes for the food, even if you are the only person in line. And when it's a line, it takes almost a half hour or more. I would go to a different McDonald's, but it's right next to my job.
