During the snow storm they took orders from people on line and they were criminal enough to take hard earned money of working people and refused to give people their money back. I can’t believe in America this actually happens. This store should be closed. Coffee tastes like dirt. No one smiles. This place is the worst Dunkin Donughts I have ever come to.
