Every visit feels the same: • Drive-thru moves slower than a sit-down restaurant. • Staff acts like there’s zero urgency or awareness that customers are waiting. • Orders take forever and still come out missing items or sloppily thrown together. • The whole place looks like it’s struggling to keep up with even basic operations. And the worst part? Not one person can even say “sorry for the wait.” Not a single apology, no acknowledgment—just slow, silent service like it’s completely normal. I don’t expect luxury service from McDonald’s, but I do expect it to function like McDonald’s. This location has completely lost that. Unless major changes happen with staffing or management, this has gone from a dependable stop to a location I’ll go out of my way to avoid.
