    Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. I have rarely been satisfied with ordering here. Today and the last time I went have to have been the worst employee interactions I’ve ever experienced. When given my food I was told “here’s your damn food”, today I was insulted because I was checking my order, the lady asked me why I was checking my order and rudely told me to just look at the order tag. My order was wrong and I didn’t find out until I got home because I was being scolded for checking. Wrong sandwich wrong coffee, snack and bacon was good. I am always pleasant when order food anywhere because it’s respectful to show respect and because I don’t want spit in my food. I’d drive to Canandaigua for Dunkin next time, I’d still get my food faster anyways, expect a 15-35 minute wait at the Geneva Dunkin.

    I placed a mobile order at 9:15 and did not get my food and drink until 9:55. It was not that busy many people who placed orders WAY after me got their food before me.

    As a Dasher I have to say I know going in it will be excruciating to wait..hopefully my customers waiting know it may not be a timely delivery

    Dunkin is always good, and this trip was for a Box of Joe & Box of Munchkins. First time at this location and was surprised at how busy it was, both inside & at the drive-thru. Of course the staff at Dunkin handled it all, even with a smaller selection of donut holes to work with. You cant go wrong with a coffee & donut
