Today and the last time I went have to have been the worst employee interactions I’ve ever experienced. When given my food I was told “here’s your damn food”, today I was insulted because I was checking my order, the lady asked me why I was checking my order and rudely told me to just look at the order tag. My order was wrong and I didn’t find out until I got home because I was being scolded for checking. Wrong sandwich wrong coffee, snack and bacon was good. I am always pleasant when order food anywhere because it’s respectful to show respect and because I don’t want spit in my food. I’d drive to Canandaigua for Dunkin next time, I’d still get my food faster anyways, expect a 15-35 minute wait at the Geneva Dunkin.
