    Drive-thru lane to narrow to pull ahead with my vehicle. Lady that works inside wants to argue scream and fight about it, needs to grow up and relax it’s not that serious. Welcome to Geneva Arby’s.

    How do u seriously let an Uber driver steal my order 😑😑😑😑😑😑😑 now I'm robbed of $22 and Uber is saying they can't do anything or refund me. I don't even understand how they got my food... And then more drivers proceed to get sent to Arby's as if my stuff never got picked up. I'm convinced you guys never made it. Wildest thing ever. Only in Geneva I swear. Thanks for the useless reply below but that's not gonna make my money reappear.

    Staff are polite and helpful. The roast beef is the lowest quality and the cheese on it was just liquid American cheese from a can. Roll was unpleasantly sweet. Curly fries are great tho.
