I said I was picking up an order and was greeted with a horrible attitude lady saying I needed to specify that it was a door dash rather than just saying it was a pickup (as if I knew the difference in terminology). It was such poor customer service. She kept harping on about it and was almost “giving us a lesson”. Was a needless bit of rudeness to end my day on. Thanks a lot Geneseo Wendy’s 👍

The last time I was here they never put my dressing in and shorted us a chili. This is so freaking wrong. I’ve been screwed out of more money here
