Finally our orders are taken, get to the window and the lady as counting the entire drawer. Counting every penny nickel dime. 2 more vehicles behind me now. My drink sitting next to her. She doesn't even acknowledge me. After another 5min of waiting while all the other employees stand behind her looking at me, I had enough and left. So unprofessional and rude.

I mistakenly thought I ordered extra cold foam and I didn’t, but they still gave me more to make sure I was happy. The manager (I believe her name is Jen) is very nice. She and the rest of her staff made sure I was a happy customer.
