They also had the audacity to tell me they couldn't print a receipt for my order, until I asked them to give me the piece of paper they attach to all online orders (also known as a receipt), to which they begrudgingly complied cause they knew I was gonna complain, and rightfully so. Their corporate knows about their shenanigans, and is working on getting my full refund and MORE.
