  Terrible experience. The wait for a coffee is 15+ minutes. When I asked for an update, the staff simply walked away. Will not come here again.

  Food is pretty good for the price, depending on what you oder. It's best to repeat your order a few times so it comes out right the 1st time. When its busy I can understand it happens. But it was not.

  * I have recently discovered that there is a systemic culture of overcharging customers. When challenged, they promise to make it right, but it’s all a lie. The “sip club” is a scam. I’ve identified myself as a sip club member and still got charged the regular price for hot coffee on multiple visits. The WiFi is routinely turned off at lunch time because they don’t want customers to linger. It also renders in house use of phones and the Panera app useless. Not very accommodating. Management in this store is unlike any other branch. Time for undercover bosses to go see

  Tried ordering through the app, and the app never updated and never got an e-mail to see that it was delivered. I'm glad the food actually showed up, otherwise I would've never known it was being made or processed. Tried calling the store and no one picked up. Would not order again unless in person.

  I usually get from this place often :/ but it seems the quality just keeps going down and down. Can’t eat food like this especially when the sandwich is 12 dollars.
