I pick up food from here or have it delivered to my job. A few times now I would send someone. To get it for me. This one lady ALWAYS gives the person I send no matter who I send a hard time. She will repeatedly call my cell phone and not let them pick up my food. About a week ago now I wasted like $13 because she refused to give them my food and I couldn't leave work because I was the only one at the desk. I wasn't getting a break which is why someone else went to go get my food for me. It's absolutely ridiculous. I had to literally order food again (not Wendy's) and have my coworker go back out and get it for me. It's absolutely ridiculous!! She should not be in the position she is in, she doesn't know how to do her job correctly. This is the second time I wasted my money ordering food from here. I will absolutely not order from this location anymore. All because someone doesn't know what it means to work in customer service, disgusting!!
