  I ordered a bagel with butter. I'm paying an extra $3.25 for the butter. I don't remember the exact price, but that's what it should be. I can't even see the butter inside. Why am I not getting what I paid for? It's located in an already crowded shopping mall. Do you perhaps assume they'll always have customers? Because I couldn't find any other explanation for a place with a 3.6 rating.

  Very disappointing experience. I clearly asked for an extra hot coffee and repeated it multiple times while placing my order, yet no one informed me that only medium hot was available. When I raised the issue, another male staff member responded rudely and walked away while I was still speaking. That level of dismissiveness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the coffee itself tasted extremely bitter and poorly made. Customer service and product quality both fell short. I won’t be returning.

  ❤️❤️ Love this place..All the staff is really kind and nice..Their coffee is so good. Everytime I had my coffee from here I was always satisfied with the taste and freshness..They deserve a reward..❤️❤️ Again love them.

  My little sister went to that on her birthday to get a free drink, but the employee was rude and told her she couldn't get anything for free. I told her that my sister had a Dunkin account, but the employee insisted that she couldn't get anything for free.
