New staff should be assigned to this place someone with more customer service experience. The people that they have now don't care about customers at all. They talk to themselves but they never answer nicely when asked nicely about a drink or about anything else. Not everyone drinks Dunkin every day. The man that was there today was so impatient and not polite at all. He should be replaced. For a mall to have a Dunkin and staff to be rude not good

- LMLeilani MonserrateSep 19, 20251.0The staff here is consistently rude and dismissive of their customers. Often shouting and snapping at people who are trying to order or ask for help. In particular, I have a consistent problem with one of their male employees who has tan skin, black slightly curly hair and wears a baseball cap + mask. He is often seen ignoring customers when they ask to get their drinks from behind the counter, and shouting at people who are trying to get his attention. Today I saw him try and withhold a drink from a customer for no apparent reason, even after the customer confirmed it was their order THREE times. He also shouted at me today after I asked to pick up a friends order along side my own (the staff here puts all the drinks behind the counter and customers are unable to retrieve them themselves.) I said excuse me because he was a few feet away from the counter, he ignored me and turned to another customer and after helping them he handed me my drinks. I told him to have a good rest of his day, and he began to shout at me as I was walking out the store, telling me he’d make me wait longer next time. Again all I said to him was “excuse me” one time, and you can even check the cameras to verify this.
