I had ordered my meal 30 minutes in advance so I could quickly pick it up when I arrived. However, the atmosphere was disorganized, and the employees seemed unsure of how to manage orders efficiently. Despite ordering early, my meal was not ready, and the process was slow and confusing. On top of that, the employee assisting me was not polite and treated me rudely—something I do not expect from Chick-fil-A, which is usually known for excellent customer service. The combination of disorganization and poor service left me very dissatisfied, and I will not be returning to this location.
