- AAArmanJan 21, 20261.0Terribly run restaurant. They have absolutely no consideration for people who place orders on third party apps (such as UberEats). You can place an order way in advance, and they won’t even BEGIN preparing the order until after you arrive, which obviously defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The manager at this location has to understand that the employees must start preparing mobile orders upon RECEIVING the order in their system, so that the order is ready when it’s supposed to be. Intentionally wasting people’s time should be seen as an issue worth fixing.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
