  Try the minny bagel everything the best . cream cheese was axualy anouph 2 take all the other filling sorry 2 c kreaded . try treating workers as equal get more respect

  If you are at all forgetful please do not come to this Dunkin because the female staff will take it as an insult which obviously then grants her the right to be rude and unkind to me. To then still not completely fill in my order.. she must’ve too been forgetful which happens to us humans. It makes me sad for the male staff and the female staff that are truly doing their job greatly but even when I asked who had taken my order the young man said he did not know and the only other person I saw wearing a headset/next to the window was the manager who is female and it couldn’t have been the young man. This not only makes it harder for staff at the window when the order isn’t completed to be able to prepare but then the frustration then gets put onto the window worker for the lady taking orders. That’s not fair, let me conclude my review by saying exactly what I told the young man, the young men especially the one at window has always been kind but when us customers are treated rudely bc we are one in the two-hundred and fifty people they see but that lady is the one and only person we talk to before the window to tip, it make it hard to want to or even be friendly when people are being shouted at, at the speaker about cream and sugar.. Management surely should not stand by and not say anything or reprimand their staff or herself be acting as so in a place of business. Edit add on: now since going back through other recent reviews it seems like management may need to be re-established or retrained. No customer OR employee should be treated like they are at this establishment.

  They forgot one of my breakfast Sandwiches and they dumped one bag of hash browns into the bag not it's own container. When I went back to resolve the issue Dom was rude and in a general bad mood and she just threw my food into my bag.

  Everytime I come into this establishment the manager is belittling and cursing at her employees. I for one am utterly appalled at this behavior. This has been going on for the last year and I’m afraid to bring my nieces here anymore. The girls refer to this Dunkin as the one with the scary lady! Not to mention the bathrooms are disgusting, and the orders take forever. Whoever is in charge of running this store should be ashamed and take a deep look at themselves, ask yourself “Am I truly doing my best?” Because I personally believe the answer is no. As for the manager please reflect upon the way you treat your employees, the work they do is a reflection of your management and if they do poor work, you are a poor manager. I hope one day this store will be properly managed.

  As a manager myself I would never yell at my employees in front of customers. Yelling and threatening to fire the employees in front of customers doesn’t maintain employees or customers. Instead it’s a revolving door. This manager, she has chosen to bully instead of mentoring. Again as a manager myself I would not allow this behavior from anyone. This isn’t leadership. This is toxic. Shame on the franchise owner, who should be accountable for his managers behavior. This type of behavior has existed for decades. Appalling.
