  Stopped at Wendy's on the way to Oswego several people standing there waiting for their order, we ordered our food started asking people how long they waited and some people said they have waited over a half hour and still have not received their food, had to ask for a refund so we can get to our appointment. Totally dissatisfied.

  It's impossible to find a worse Wendy's location, because this is it. Terrible in all categories. You can watch girl lick fingers then make your food. Disgusting

  Mobile app ordered for my kids. Spent 18 minutes at the drive thru without being even said hello to. Asked if anyone was there, was barked at by an employee she would help me when she could. Called customer service to get a refund. Went two weeks ago—14 minutes at the window without being helped and then had to pull ahead and wait 8 minutes for a small chocolate frosty to be brought out. Will not go here again.

  It was a little bit of a wait in the drive thru but I came during the dinner rush. The item I got was cooked well and drive thru staff were polite and prompt when I came to the window.
