  I think this place makes great fresh food. Especially the lettuce bun burgers wow. Fresh and big portions with fresh tomatoes onions and lettuce not soggy. Shack shack was over priced and so small and not good compared to this. The fries are crispy as well

  My family & I LOVE 5 guys! I normally order for pick up on 04/18/26 around 7 PM arrived to pick up my meal & they info it’s not ready! cool understandable no biggie.. 10 min go by ask if it’s ready they info no? I’m so confused if I preordered! 10min go by I ask again! Whole timeee they hade my food sitting there! it’s been READY! so now I have to eat my burger soggy & cold! Do better 5 guys!

  I ordered Cheeseburger but girl at the desk changed it to little Cheeseburger, then she charged me extra and when I asked why and to fix it, she spoke to me in a rude, boorish manner, and then proceeded to discuss the incident loudly with the staff for the entire dining area to hear. It gave the distinct impression that she had received absolutely no training whatsoever in customer service or interpersonal skills; it seemed as though she had stumbled into the dining hall and onto the register by pure accident—perhaps having wandered out from the kitchen, where she likely works as a cleaner or dishwasher, and which is, in truth, exactly where she belongs. You are a massive nationwide chain; please take note—people like this should not be working with customers. You are destroying your reputation and your business. The burger was cold. My visit to this restaurant left me with a thoroughly repulsive impression and a lingering sense of disgust.

  I had a very unpleasant experience today. I’m both a regular customer in this neighborhood and also work as an Uber Eats driver. Today, I went in to pick up an order and politely asked if I could use the restroom. I was told that Uber drivers are not allowed because they make the restroom dirty. This led to a bit of an argument, and I was ultimately told to leave and that I wouldn’t be given the order. The employee I spoke with was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even worse. It was extremely upsetting. You should understand that while I may come in as a delivery driver today, I could just as easily return tomorrow as a paying customer.

  They occasional mess up the order. But give no troubles to fix it. They take awhile to make the drinks and sometimes forget it. So will need patience when ordering here but i love the food and oreo milkshake here. Better than shake shack.
