  The chicken was good, some of the largest pieces of tenders I’ve ever seen, as they were full chicken breast slices. The fries, not bad. I wasn’t fond of the spices on them. The strawberry shake tasted awesome! The burger, my daughter ate not me so I didn’t get to compare it to any previous smash burgers I’ve had.

  I ordered the lemon pepper chicken sandwich and it was extremely flavorful, well seasoned, perfectly fried and very well priced for the portion sizes!!!! Must try!!!!

  Unfortunately, yesterday was possibly the worst day to order from this location. I walked in with a friend and ordered two combos and two milkshakes with a side of mac and cheese. We ordered around 5:10ish because we wanted to recirve the food in time to break our fast for the day, however we ended up waiting over 30 minutes all to ask for a refund. Its clear efficiency and good customer service is not the best at this location. I remember a customer walking in to pick up an order and the cashier said 15 more minutes, the customer reasonably seemed upset stating that he placed his order over 30 minutes ago. I understand that places could get busy, but if this is the case I feel its reasonable to COMMUNICATE that with at least the people walking in to order. When ordering at the register no one told us they were flooded with orders. If they communicated that it was super busy with pick up orders we would've gone somewhere else instead. But instead we waited until someone who ordered after us got their order first. It was then I went up and asked for a refund. A guy came out from the kitchen and literally wasn't listening to the cashier she said "order 34 wants a refund" like 5 times and for some reason he kept saying "this is for order 35?" As if we weren't standing right in front of him. It just seems that everyone here is anti-social and doing the bare minimum. The guy handed back our money but didn't seem apologetic in the slightest. The cashier girl at least acknowledged that it was too long of a wait and apologized, but something about the way this guy was talking to her and failed to even acknowledge the customers genuinely irritated me. I literally had to hand him the receipt and tell him the order number because he appear to be unable to listen to his own staff when she was telling him our order number. We did get a refund for the food we ordered but the experience was not ideal ESPECIALLY since the my friend and I were both fasting the whole day. I do think this location lacks a team with good communication which is probably why it was such a bad experience for everyone who ordered that day. I feel like if your flooded with pick-up orders and know a walk-in order would take over 30 minutes to recieve then that should be foreseen and communicated before you even taking a customers order.

  Have a whole video of me not being able to pull out a hair from A chicken sandwich I ordered a week ago. I couldn’t even pull it out because it’s BAKED in. Came in for a refund and they argue there is a policy of 24 hours like I’m gonna run back for a refund. Upsetting to pay for food and recieved unapologetic attitude from manager. Saying video is “fabricated” are you crazy? Hit me up for the video, will post on socials. I have no reason to run down a business for a $8 sandwich and they made it seem like that was what I was doing or offered a free sandwich, like I would want that after what I experienced. I never wanna eat out again. Truly traumatizing.

  one of the best places ive gone to for delicious crispy chicken tenders and waffle fries. they were fried to perfection and we enjoyed the good crunch. id recommend the lemon pepper chicken tenders, they were delicious. i also liked the smash burger a lot, you get a lot for your money at this place. also customer service was 100000/10, the cashier was really kind and wonderful, she checked in during our meal and asked us if we enjoyed the lemon pepper tenders because she had recommended the flavor to me while i was ordering. definitely coming here again!!!
