  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin Donuts. The person who took my order, Rusha, got my drink wrong and then argued with me instead of fixing it. I ordered a cappuccino, but was given a latte. When I pointed it out, Rusha insisted that I ordered a latte and even said they are “the same thing,” which is simply not true. Then she admitted saying she punched in latte by mistake smh. A cappuccino has significantly more foam and a lighter texture, while a latte has much more steamed milk and little to no foam. The drink I received had no foam at all, confirming it was not a cappuccino. Also that fully filled supposedly hot latte was cold to the touch. Despite repeatedly and calmly explaining that I wanted a cappuccino, she became feisty and rude rather than correcting the order. On top of that, the wait time at the drive-thru window was extremely long for just two drinks, which made no sense considering the store was empty inside at the time. After all that wait, she made it even harder than it already is. Customer service was lacking overall. Both Rusha and another tall male employee working appeared to have poor customer-relation skills, which is surprising for a business that relies on repeat customers. I called the number that was listed on the drive through window but the call doesn’t go through so I have no idea why do they even have it there. This could have been resolved easily with a simple apology and remake, but instead it turned into an unpleasant experience. I hope management provides better training on both customer service and basic drink knowledge.

  Dicen que está abierto las 24 horas y es falso es una estafa para que llegues a este sitio y encuentres cerrado mi foto fue tomada a las 9:36 pm y efectivamente estaba CERRADO

  The entire staff is so slow … I dread coming here especially the drive through cause I literally wait in front of the teleprompter and they make us wait for at least 10mins before they even take our order … then I wait in the window for about 15 mins when they only have 1 worker running the store the register and the drive thru the donuts are always stale no matter time of day. It sucks cause this place so close to home but it’s so inconvenient that I rather drive 10 to 15 minutes out of my way to a different Dunkin’ Donuts because I know the food will be fresher and the service will be quicker

  A 24-7 Drive Thru, With A Friendly Latina Lady. She Has My Coffee Ready In Under 2-3 Minutes. It HELPS Especially Around The End Of My Taxi Shift At 4:00am. When, I Need To Stay Awake, Alert, & Cautious Enough To Make It From Fresh Meadows To Port Washington, Safely. God Bless Her & That 24-Hour Dunkin' Donuts Drive-Thru.... 🙏😇👍💯🙏 She Should Get A Raise.... I Don't Know Why They Only Have 3.3 Star Rating In Google. They Will Have My Repeat Business. Every Other Dunkin' Donuts Is Closed After 8:00 Or 9:00pm. I Even Added Them As A Favorite Location In My Waze. Good For Future Return Trips. Awesome Customer Service....!!!!
