  Amazing place to get coffee, donuts and food! Me and my friend got free stuff once! Would highly recommend going here!!! Best Dunkin’ in the area!

  this location is an absolute joke. drive thru takes forever. if there's 3 cars in front of you just expect a 15-minute wait. if you ordered ahead in the app and go inside don't expect it to be any better. they have everyone's order out of reach and no one seems to want to help you. on top of that they can't even get a simple order correct so you always are double checking your order. I don't know if this is an under-staff issue or employees don't care but I would stay away from this location until they can get their act together.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin Donuts. The person who took my order, Rusha, got my drink wrong and then argued with me instead of fixing it. I ordered a cappuccino, but was given a latte. When I pointed it out, Rusha insisted that I ordered a latte and even said they are “the same thing,” which is simply not true. Then she admitted saying she punched in latte by mistake smh. A cappuccino has significantly more foam and a lighter texture, while a latte has much more steamed milk and little to no foam. The drink I received had no foam at all, confirming it was not a cappuccino. Also that fully filled supposedly hot latte was cold to the touch. Despite repeatedly and calmly explaining that I wanted a cappuccino, she became feisty and rude rather than correcting the order. On top of that, the wait time at the drive-thru window was extremely long for just two drinks, which made no sense considering the store was empty inside at the time. After all that wait, she made it even harder than it already is. Customer service was lacking overall. Both Rusha and another tall male employee working appeared to have poor customer-relation skills, which is surprising for a business that relies on repeat customers. I called the number that was listed on the drive through window but the call doesn’t go through so I have no idea why do they even have it there. This could have been resolved easily with a simple apology and remake, but instead it turned into an unpleasant experience. I hope management provides better training on both customer service and basic drink knowledge.
