It had its troubles in the past but I appreciate them taking the complaints seriously and leveling up. I did a carry out order today and even though I had to wait a little longer, my pizza was perfectly cooked, the general manager was very friendly. That’s all I can really ask for. Good job guys!

The last time I ordered, the same thing happened: I waited more than 50 minutes, and the driver arrived apologizing because he had mixed up the order. I didn't make a fuss because my children were hungry. This is frustrating.

They mark your order delivered so that their system won’t show long delivery times or that they are providing good service but you get your food 2 hours after ordering.
