  I would give ZERO if I could! Horrible service, I was standing there 30 min waiting for pick up, asking them several times but no one cares. The whole pizza was already cold after I finally got it. Taste was awful. One latino woman working there was extremely rude, inpatient, and bad tempered. Avoid this place!

  I should have read the reviews before I placing my order online. I oerdered on Domino's official website, I guess I cannot choose which Domino's branch I could order from. But the system placed my order from this one. Not really a pizza person but I know what tastes good or bad. The pizzas were just not bad. Neither hot nor crispy anymore when I got them due to the long waiting time for delivery. Also, Domino's tracker system is dumb because it shows the delivery driver located at San Fransisco in CA. Anyway, the estimated waiting time kept changing and it was longer and longer. Later, the delivery status shows the delivery was completed but I haven't got it yet. I called the store and asked about the order. The owner/manager/whoever he was just hung up on me! Then I called again and asked where my order was. This time the person said the driver was still on his way, and he was about 5 minutes away. Well, if it is not delivered, don't change the tracker status to delivery completed! This is a very bad experience to me. Definitely will not order from them or maybe Domino's again! There are too many choices here in New York. Don't let these people ruin your dinner and mood.

  Literally still waiting on my pizza and he’s been down the block for 15 minutes. I ordered this pizza 2 hours ago. Yes I understand other people have orders and still 2 hours is ridiculous. I ordered pizza yesterday as well and it was the same thing. And that bag they keep it in doesn’t make a difference when they’ve had your food for an eternity because the pizza wasn’t even warm when I got it yesterday and I can guarantee it won’t be worm today…if he ever makes it down the damn block. Update. I didn’t get my damn food. This idiot drove right past me and I got nothing. I’m calling and nobody’s answering the phone and I reported it on the site and all I’m getting is a free pizza offer for spending $40 on food I didn’t receive

  Very unprofessional…They tell me my order is on the way at 1:12am. It’s 2:29am still hasn’t came. Then they put the order delivered when it hasn’t been delivered and I don’t even know if it will be. WHY DO THEY KEEP SAYING ITS DELIVERED WHEN ITS NOT and then close up shop like people didn’t just spend they money and waste time waiting for the food.
