    My food was HORRIBLE TODAY. I can’t believe this .. and I only get a $5.00 refund .. insane I’ll never order from them. This was my 1st & last. The food has no taste. Horrible horrendous food taste.

    My food was cold and disgusting, I asked for no ranch no bacon what get everything I didn’t want , that nasty cold freezer fish disgusting.. I paid $37.00 for missing items once it arrived. Horrible service don’t order from no care in the world how your food is prepared.

    The drive-thru employee was extremely mean, she looked at me with an attitude and she was asking me what my name is like 5 time and then she said" you don't look like someone named paddy ".I mean why do you even care ,I came here to pick up the food for my friend. Please mind your own business. And stop being racist.

    Very rude employees along with the Indian manager. I was having an issue with the app while trying to place an order. They did not want to help me and made me force to pay full price for two beef and cheddars when they obviously seen I was struggling trying to use the buy one get free coupon via online. Then after I paid full price for two sandwiches, I requested the Arby’s and Hershey sauce, then the manager questioned me why. I politely asked for two of each again and she said to me at the time we are out I can give you only ketchup. What is the reason you come to Arby’s for? We enjoy the sauces for the sandwiches yes! Terrible customer service all around. Store needs an update also
