  Horrible customer service. I placed a pickup order and the employees just stared at me while I stated several times I was there to pickup my order number 123. Even my young son remarked at how dirty the store was and asked why they were taking so long. Never again.

  I ordered 3 Alfredo pasta and I can’t believe how little they gave me. It’s not even half the bowl. There’s no way the amount they gave me costs $9. I am never ordering from this place again! This is not worth the price.

  If i could give them 0 stars I would! Scheduled ahead for 2 pizzas for my kids.. when I came home and looked at the pies one was not what I ordered..fine.. no big deal.. I will call the store and have it taken care of. Had to call 3 times before someone picked up.. then when I explained what was wrong.. the worker HUNG UP THE PHONE! 😡 it took me 4 more tries before they picked up again to which I said..” why did you hang up on me?” His response “ store is busy”! I demand a manager.. no manager ..I requested a refund.. cant do bec of no manager…i asked for them to remake it the correct way and send it.. couldnt do that either!!!! Best part!! He HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! No accountability no apology! NOTHING! I already emailed and filed the complaint with time stamps and pic to corporate.. I couldn’t care less about the $ but it’s the point!! You make a mistake no big deal but own it and offer a solution! Horrible service!

  Their customer service is terrible. This isn’t the first time — it’s happened 3–4 times now. They have no idea what you ordered, and the employees act like they don’t even know each other. Everyone looks like it’s their first day, even the manager. Not coming back. 0🌟

  I ordered a single pizza at 7:31 PM, and somehow the app marked it as “delivered” at 8:57 PM except no pizza ever showed up. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how this place operates. I immediately called the store, and surprise, surprise, no one answered. It honestly felt like they saw the caller ID and just chose to ignore it. So I called again from a different number, and magically they picked up. That tells you exactly how they treat their customers. Then it gets even worse. They put me on hold for 30 minutes, only to come back and say my order wasn’t even ready yet. At that point, it had already been over TWO HOURS for a single pizza. Completely unacceptable. I wasn’t about to waste any more time arguing with a bunch of incompetent people over one order, so I just disputed the charge with my credit card company. No pizza, no service, no accountability. This place is a complete disaster. Save yourself the frustration and don’t even bother ordering from here.
