  I swear to god this McDonald’s in Fredonia is run by a bunch of distracted NPCs. I go in there like a normal person, right? Just trying to get my food, and first thing I hear is “uhhh we can’t print receipts.” What do you MEAN you can’t print receipts?? It’s literally a button. A BUTTON. Push it. Boom. Receipt. This isn’t advanced physics, Kyle. Then I look behind the counter and everyone’s just on their phones like it’s social hour. Nobody’s paying attention. I’m standing there like “hello?? food?? service?? civilization??” and they’re just yapping and scrolling like they’re at a sleepover. And THEN—AND THEN—they forget my chicken tenders. The ONE thing I actually wanted. So now I gotta go back up and explain basic reality again like I’m teaching toddlers how food orders work. I ask for ketchup. They look confused. I ask for salt. Same thing. Bro. It’s McDonald’s. Ketchup and salt are like the entire personality of the place. Honestly it felt like nobody there actually knows how to work because they’re too busy talking to each other. It’s like I walked into a group chat instead of a restaurant. 0/10 experience. I’m not mad… I’m just extremely disappointed. And also mad.

  Need to get a better window worker because how do you mess up something that's on your own menu a number 9 is a double cheeseburger meal and I tell them I want a number 9 and they give me one burger no fries. I didnt know your job was that hard

  If you’re looking for fast food, you’re better off going to Applebee’s or any other place in town. The only reason why this place gets consistent customers is because where they are on the roundabout. It is always slow. Takes you 25 minutes to get to the drive-through you order one fry one burger and a drink and you can’t get it for 25 minutes. Literally you sit down at Applebee’s and your food will come out better and faster. It’s insane.

  The worst. I don't write reviews frequently, but this needed one. I got 2 of the same burger. Across all McDonalds, my order is always missing onions so I asked at the drive-thru to make sure they were added. One had the perfect amount of onions, I was psyched. The other exact same burger did not. I went in to ask that they just add some onions to that one, and specifically not extra, just the normal amount. They came back with literal heaps of onions on it (about 1/3 cup). I reiterated I only wanted the normal amount and she said she'd remake it. The new one came out and I said there were no onions on that one either. She insisted there were onions on it, so I looked again. There were a total of 4 sprinkles of onion, all in one place. I asked if those are the onions she meant and she said yeah that's the normal amount. This is already so ridiculous, but it goes on. I ask again for the normal amount of onions, exactly like my other burger, and she said she'd try but it might come out like the heaping one. This was late at night during a blizzard and I still had 3h to drive, so very exhausted. I just told them to put the onions on the side and I would put them on myself. Really ridiculous attitude, have literally never experienced anything like it.

  I normally wouldn’t complain but I came inside for a frappe which should take 10 minutes maximum to have and stood there for 30 minutes because employees are too busy doing nothing and playing on their phones along with the people hanging out off the clock in the back joking around with the people who are trying to work. Seems to be a common theme now that’s it’s happened twice in a row coming in there at night. I don’t have that problem coming in while first shift is there. The place wasn’t busy with customers at all there was maybe 5 cars in the drive thru and 3 people inside. Then half the time when you go through the drive thru you sit at the speaker and nobody answers because they fight about who has to work the window. I showed up and gave myself 40 minutes of lead time so I wouldn’t be late to work because I know it can be slow and was still late. I mean it’s seriously frustrating when you have the busiest location in the county and it can’t function at all.
