  first of all, very stingy on the portions. we paid for a supreme and there was barely any sour cream. also, told them we dont want any sauce, and they gave us a ridiculous amount of sauces (32 to be exact, 1 not pictured). also my quesadilla wasn’t cooked right at all, it was burnt. and to top it off the service was extremely slow even though we went in the drive through.

  I placed a mobile order the other night around 1am and came here to pick it up to find a line of cars at the drive thru about 8 cars long. After waiting for 25 mins with no cars moving up at all I decided to cancel my order and leave. There was a truck outside doing deliveries and I guess that took priority over taking customers orders. This is the third time I’ve been done dirty by this new taco bell and I’m not coming back. I wish they kept the old location.

  It took 40 minutes to get my order , there was a kid waiting over 1 hour , looks like they were more concerned about drive thru and orders only than walk ins … nobody apologized about the time taken … this is why you call it …. Fast food service… not today
