Last time I was there I ordered a salad, the lady dropped the salad utensil on the floor N didn't bother washing it before making the salad. Have been using the app to order to save time, N they have made the same salad wrong around 8/8 times. Either they forget the cheese, or they forget rhe spinach, or they don't chop it as requested. Come on Franklin Ave Subway, get your stuff together...!!!
