I don't know why, but there was a very long line of people and there was also a very long line at the self checkout. This should never happen, but if it does, the manager should be made aware of it and have someone else open another cash register. Many customers were getting very frustrated. Maybe some employees called in sick?

They refuse to adhere to this. The driver stands there with the receipt, which no one needs as it's online, and waits for a tip. At the high rate of delivery, not adhering to a customer request, why would I then give a tip. Not cool. Won't be ordering anymore.
