It’s really strange to make such a drastic substitution without calling the customer we live thirty minutes away so we ate the pasta (that we didn’t order) and made the best of it texted the owner on his feedback link twice without a response went in person on Wed to speak with owner and instead spoke with his very pleasant employee who said he wasn’t in but would forward the message - never heard back there are a lot of reviews here and on yelp regarding the service (wrong orders, attitude etc.) - maybe this is a part-time hobby for him and not a serious business ? gave them three opportunities to remedy this situation before posting this review
