Never again. And I intentionally gave ZERO stars for the service. I was there one day and there was one customer ahead of me. There was one worker tending to the very busy drive through, one young man was in the kitchen area, and the one other young woman worker was tending to the one customer ahead of me. There was also a small group of people at a table already eating and drinking. The transaction of this one customer seemed to have taken a little over 10 minutes (I'm not exaggerating). Why? I don't know. The customer finally left and I moved up to the counter, but the worker didn't say anything, but walked away from me. Did NOT say 'I'll be right back' or 'One moment please'... NOTHING... just walked away. I just stood there as she went first to one place, then to another, and then over to the drive through area...so I thought maybe it's her turn at that window. OK, that's possible, so I waited...but it turned out to be about a 5 minute wait. When she eventually returned to the counter, she didn't say anything... NOTHING...so I spoke my order politely, she finally answered politely, and I paid for it...about $30, plus a few dollars in the tip cup. And I stood back to wait...and wait... and wait. As the counter worker was walking between different areas back there, apparently doing very little to fulfill my order, I had the VERY distinct impression that I might not be getting my order. It went through my head. But I had already paid for it, so I waited. I moved over to the 'Pick up' counter and watched and waited. As the counter worker again walked past me, I said 'Will I be getting my order soon?' she rolled her eyes and turned her head away, as though I was ANNOYING her. As the drive through worker walked away from the window and towards this exchange, I asked HER if I was going to get my order soon - I had been there already about 20 minutes!!! The counter worker rolled her eyes again! The drive through worker said that this takes time and that the other worker was new here, and I replied that I understood that...but still I continued to wait. FINALLY I got my order, and I made sure to gently mention to the 'new' worker that I understood about being new on the job. And so I left. But the fact of being new does not excuse me as a customer being ignored, neglected, and disrespected by that worker. And is it or is it not told to the new workers to always be polite, genial, and attentive to the customers? Let's face facts, without the customers there would not be that job for them to have. VERY POOR handling all the way around. BTW, there was one donut that tasted like it was from early the day before. Tasty, but d-r-y. So for me and my household, it's never again.

One of the best places to grab a quick cup of coffee. The food choices are good but quality depends on who is working.

No fault of the people working behind the counter. They can only move so fast. I’d suggest putting another employee on in the mornings just for rush hour. The line of cars was 15 deep . Online orders were coming in by the second. I was waiting at the register for 7 minutes. Had to walk out to get to work. Seems those who walk in are last priority. Again, no fault to those working behind the counter. They were running and still couldn’t keep up.
