  If I could give this 0 stars I would I just left from your store in fort Edward all my food is cold and the fries feel like they came out of a refrigerator this is totally unacceptable ill no longer be going to this specific restaurant, yall need to re-evaluate your workers to do things the correct way. Also your drive thru employee is sitting down at work when he should be standing. There is no ambition at that store and they are lazy.....FIX YOUR STORE!!!!!!

  The guy at the pay here window is always rude and they never get you're orders right, I've had to go back multiple times ti either return raw food or get what they forget to put in the bag ,shake machine is always out of service it's a very not a friendly place to be

  The absolute WORST McDonald's in the area. Unfortunately when I order food for delivery this is the ONLY store that says is within range for me. Yet Greenwich location is actually 2 miles closer. Whether you order through doordash, instacart, Uber eats or even through the McDonald's app itself the employees prove time and time again they can NOT read or follow simple directions... And this is not limited to just delivery either, ordering for pickup is the same except that I do not leave the drive through window without opening everything to make sure I'm not paying for something I didn't receive, OR that they neglected to follow instructions of adding/removing ingredients that have been clearly specified. It's as if the staff has an "oh well deal with it" attitude if they didn't do their job correctly.
