The order did not arrive until nearly an hour later, and upon delivery, one pizza was missing. I immediately contacted the store at 5:45 PM to report the missing item. I was told the issue would be corrected and that the pizza would be delivered within 20–30 minutes. Unfortunately, that commitment was not honored. After waiting 45 minutes, I called again at approximately 6:30 PM and was told the pizza had already left and would arrive shortly. When it still had not arrived by 7:00 PM, I called once more and was informed that the store was short on delivery drivers and that the pizza would be sent out “soon.” The missing pizza finally arrived at 7:10 PM—over two and a half hours after the original order was placed. Mistakes happen, but what is unacceptable is the lack of urgency, transparency, and follow-through when correcting them. At no point did the situation appear to be treated as a priority, despite repeated assurances. This experience reflects poorly on customer service standards and accountability. Based on this experience, I am not satisfied with how the issue was handled and would hesitate to order again.

One kitten was found with the back legs snapped and bones protruding. Please put pressure on regional Manager to get the video about how that kitten was abused . Rest in peace little kitten.
