All this happened while the gentleman at the register watched. As a customer, I expect proper hygiene protocols to be followed, especially when it comes to food preparation. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about food safety at this location. I’m sharing this feedback not to complain or for a free meal because I told them to refund me my money. I hope that this will be taken seriously and addressed through retraining or stronger enforcement of health and safety standards because our families and Soldiers deserve better than this.
