    They still had old items advertised. The new items advertised couldn't be ordered due to not having a running shake machine. The drive thru employee acting as if this was a common problem.

    Bought 2 Wagyu Bacon Ranch burgers. They forgot the bacon on both sandwiches. When unwrapped the tops of the sandwiches were so far off to one side everything had to be put back together. And I waited at the window for over 10 minutes for this mess!
