  They still had old items advertised. The new items advertised couldn't be ordered due to not having a running shake machine. The drive thru employee acting as if this was a common problem.

  Went to Arby's around 2pm. I'm the only car in line. They are out of over half the menu. Place my order. They are out of curly fries. Not indicated on the drive thru menu like other things. I see the drive thru guy walk outside to take orders to cars waiting in the side parking lot. I'm told to wait in the side parking lot. Another car shows up into 10 minutes of my wait too. We are all told to wait in the side parking lot. Again its not busy. I don't know what's going on here but service is extremely slow. 20 minute wait. But the Drive thru guy was very polite.
