  THIS PLACE SUCKS. 4TH TIME I ORDER BREAKFAST AND THEY NEVER PUT MAPLE SYRUP. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT PANCAKES?????

  The managers do their job very well, the place looks clean and tidy, and free of people asking for money and bothering others. Recommended for families and children.

  仁者见仁，智者见智。你喜欢的东西，未必别人喜爱。对于这家忙碌的快餐店来说，人们对它的期望值会更高，当有不好的反馈时，业主应该首先虚心接受，而不是只写一个请将反馈写入某个链接內，这种做法本身就有问题，服务行业说句软话不丟人。生气之人遇到说软话的人，气就消了一多半了，如果你同他顶，他的气会更大；如果你不会说软话，他的气不会消。我看了对该店的评价，特别是差评，业主的回答有待改进。

  The staff did the absolute bare minimum to even assist with my order at the pick up window. I wanted to add an ice cream and the gentleman stated that he couldn’t take any cash or card. I then said I had a code for a free ice cream and he also said that he couldn’t take it. He didn’t even attempt to ask management for help and wanted me to loop around when there was a very long line behind they need to do better with customer service for the love of God. It was an ice cream cone
