I wanted to add an ice cream and the gentleman stated that he couldn’t take any cash or card. I then said I had a code for a free ice cream and he also said that he couldn’t take it. He didn’t even attempt to ask management for help and wanted me to loop around when there was a very long line behind they need to do better with customer service for the love of God. It was an ice cream cone
