I replied "no problem, can you refund the Donuts cost?" This is where it got ugly. The lady was not polite insisting that I can pick two other donuts but she is not able to refund me. I would have to "contact the app". I can tell she was frustrated and asked if she would be kind enough to remember me for the next day but she went on to be even more rude and said that the only thing left is.... for me to "take two other donuts onlyl". Although she offered a solution, the way she did was not nice. I declined the offer. While I sat there with a sad face.....I took a picture of her. Thinking, what a rude person. As I write this review I feel sorry for her and so I will not post her face. My intentions are not to embarrass her, but simply to bring light to her rude treatment. She did catch me taking her photo BTW. Then she started speaking in a different language to somone in the back.
