  HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!! We placed our order at 5:30pm, at 6:40 the tracker was on its way ( they also kept delaying the time of delivery), at 6:50 it said order completed, when the tracker of the driver showed he was still outside the store. we called the restaurant and stayed on hold on the line for about 10 minutes until i was finally connected with a very impatient, sassy and disrespectful worker. Who kept telling me to wait 10 minutes because the driver had just left ( the order marked as completed 15 minutes before and the driver had just left the store). the food arrived at 7:25 delivered by a sweet guy who apologized for the delay. this is just appalling time management and service, never ordering from this store again. It took 2 hours to deliver a medium pizza and cheesy bread to a house that was 10 minutes away from the store, at that point i could have just go there in the bus myself.

  Ordered through the Domino’s app and had one of the worst delivery experiences ever. The order showed as “delivered” just 15 minutes after I placed it, but nothing was at my door. I went downstairs and checked the building entrance too — nothing. I called the store and was told the driver was “on the way.” I waited another 30 minutes, still no food, no calls, no messages. When I called again, a guy answered, spoke in a language I didn’t understand, then switched to English said the order had already been delivered. When I told him I never received anything, he became aggressive and rude. He claimed the driver delivered it to my floor, which is clearly a lie. My building has a locked gate and you cannot get to my floor without calling me to unlock the entrance. When I asked him how the driver even got inside without the code, he suddenly got mad — because he clearly realized I had caught him lying. He then started using very offensive language and said it was my fault, which makes absolutely no sense. When I pressed again about how the driver got in or knew the entry code, he just hung up on me. After that, the store never picked up my calls again. I later saw multiple Google reviews describing the exact same issue. Honestly, it feels like the driver might be taking the orders for themselves and just marking them as delivered. This seriously feels like a scam — taking orders, marking them as delivered, and then blaming neighbors or customers. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this location if you don’t want to waste your money.

  The delivery order did not go through, yet they stated that it was delivered. This is not correct. When I called to report the missing order, the representative ended the call without providing assistance.

  I ordered a pizza and bread bites I received it it’s is burnt and freezing cold I called to report it the person told me how is that possible and hung up the phone on me. The driver did not have the food in a bag and it’s freezing outside. The food is inedible and they refused to help me
