  Such a great experience, the customer service was top tier, Spencer was so kind! The original chocolate chip cookies are so yummy. Will be back again!!

  They have reinvented themselves. I've eaten their cookies many times, however lately I feel they read the comments and listened to the customers!!!! They are delicious, gooey but done!!! The flavors are next level. I had a favorite cookie place, now this establishment got the lead. Love them!

  I'm so impressed with the experience I had with Jonathan and Madison today at the Forest Hills location. I got out of work late, called 4 hours before store close, and had a large order for my office. Madison was so kind on the phone and took the time to accommodate my order. When I picked up the order, Jonathan was so incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. Exceptional service. I can't wait to bring these to my office.

  Asma, the young lady at the cashier went above and beyond with customer service! I placed an order through Uber eats for pickup, and due to my error I picked the Bayside store instead of the Forest Hills store which I was nowhere near. Asma kindly explained this to me, and then I took a minute to reset and call the Bayside store to cancel. That's when Asma went above and beyond and said "let me talk to the Bayside staff I'll take care of this for you". I passed the phone to her and she literally stepped away from the counter showing her initiative and told the Bayside store that she would fill the order at her store since it was already paid for and the customer (not a courier) was present with her. She made this error on my part rectified with a smooth save. I ended up with both of my cookies and there was a complimentary thin chip included. I can't say enough praises for this woman for taking the extra step for an obviously confused customer. I hope supervision and corporate read this and seriously consider reviewing her salary and increasing her pay! Service these days in this city stinks, but Asma is a pleasant throwback to when people actually enjoyed their job no matter what it is and actually performed their jobs competently. Chip City has always earned my business with their amazing flavors but they have won me over as a lifelong customer because of Asma!

  Forest Hills site is AWESOME! Matt welcomed me with joy into the warm and decadently scented shop and walked me through all the options for my daughters birthday treats. The chocolate chip cookie is awesome, but my favorite is the Cookie Butter (better than any other cookie I have tried ever.... too bad it is not available daily).
