  I’ve been coming to this Baskin & Robbin’s location for a while now, and quite recently—we went there and TWICE, they mistakenly gave me ice cream that included nuts. I have a nut allergy. The first time, about two months ago—I tried to order and the employee was so rude and wasn’t listening. It took her a few minutes just to understand that I wanted two scoops, I couldn’t even tell her my flavors at the moment… like seriously?? Then after that, I told her my two flavors. One was Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, I don’t remember what the other one was. Then she like was “Okay! Okay! I know, I know!” (something along those lines). Basically wasn’t listening and was arrogant, she thinks she knows it all but… Butter Pecan flavor was behind the flavor I asked for (Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough) and I have a nut allergy. This is what happens when an employee acts conceited and arrogant, they make mistakes regarding their customers’ allergies. At the moment, I took a bite and noticed that it didn’t taste like my flavor and realized it was Butter Pecan, and I got a sore throat and I broke out in hives so I rushed to the pharmacy and got some allergy medicine. Luckily I was okay, but an arrogant employee caused this 🙄. Today I revisited this Baskin & Robbin’s location to get some ice cream, I ordered a Twix sponsored ice cream flavor. Basically, a flavor that tastes like the Twix bar. And another flavor, “Icing On The Cake.” I already knew that Twix bars did not contain any nuts in it, and I even read the ingredients on the label. No nuts. I ate through the Icing On The Cake flavor, and I took a few bites of the “Twix ice cream.” I noticed something that tasted like peanut butter… I questioned it to myself because I checked the ingredients and even watched them scoop it (because of what happened last time 😒). But then I developed a little sore throat and my lip began swelling, so I stopped eating it. I let someone who isn’t allergic to nuts try it, and he said “There are large chunks of peanut butter in it!” For the second time, are they serious? So the ice cream flavors were INCORRECTLY LABELED, which is unacceptable. UN. ACCEPTABLE. There are such novice staff at this facility that they’ve given customers the wrong flavors of ice cream, in which I am allergic to. If the staff cared more about allergies and giving customers what they intended to order, they would ensure that all the labels are near the corresponding flavors. The labels of the ice cream are indeed inaccurate here, FYI. It would be in your best interest to not go to this Baskin & Robbin’s location, I mean the Dunkin’ section is okay. But there are a lot of other Baskin & Robbin’s locations in this area, please go elsewhere for ice cream, just to avoid this happening to you.

  Chaos you try to order ice cream in the summer and the experience is not good. Staff is running all over the place multitasking from making coffee, working the register and I think they are overwhelmed by online orders.

  The icecream was great- coconut nutty icecream. Tasted the pistachio-almond as well and was good. The place could be cleaner. The lady at the counter was in no mood for customer service- had to wait and call her twice to serve me.
