The employees were very polite, so polite I thought I was visiting a regular restaurant, not fast food. The place itself felt like you have a reservation and was about to be seated, an employee nearby greeted me as I came in. They were very nice. The guy making my coffee made me feel like I was a human being deserving of courtesy, a rare thing for me. He even told me if there was anything else I needed for my coffee to let him know. I wish there were more people like him, he was a lovely person. I only give the atmosphere two stars because it's a small area where a single person wouldn't be able to sit comfortably due to overcrowding in a small place, not the restaurant's fault, just customers cluttered together. I'm not a person who likes being closed in anyway. I hope in the future they'll be as kind as they were on my first visit. Kindness is such a rarity it's very important to me! Thank you 😊❤️

- CCCarolFeb 26, 20261.0Missing avocado ranch sauce for my spicy cool wrap as well as my hashbrowns were undercooked, when I order for TAKE OUT I except everything to be in the bag- I do not have time to manually check myself. After complaining to management Lacy basically called me a liar. So rude! Edit: Lacy is still rude and needs to work on her customer service skills, which is particularly concerning since she is the operator’s wife and oversees social media and marketing for this location. Being compensated 50 points for a $25 order is ridiculous.
