Today I and my two kids went to this Subway. I used the app to order two 6 inch subs. After I order, I told the staff that I wanted the cheese bread. The Subway staff, who is a Middle East looking man, his age is age of 35, although not servicing other customer, didn't not look at me when I spoke, and he pretended he didnt hear. I had to repeat 3 times that I wanted cheese bread, and then I loudly said, Sir, can I have cheese bread, then he replied, "both 6 inch on cheese bread?". I said yes. Then while he toasted the bread, I said I want all veggies except olive and pickle. He said he can't, he had to follow the receipt and there was nothing he could do. After he toasted the bread and added veggies, I asked him my two kids couldnt eat raw, and please toast for another 30 seconds. He then spent the next 2 minutes arguing with me that he had already toast the bread, he had other order, he was busy and could do it. After my nonstop insist, he finally, rudely, and unwillingly drop (with attitude) the two bread on the oven plate and toast for another 30 seconds. He also didn't give me the take out bag until I asked.
His customer service attitude was very bad, he didn't even consider when my 2 years and 4 years old could eat raw veggies. He gave me pitty portion of meat. He was a bad image of the Subway that hurt the Subway reputation with such poor attitude.
