After they messed up my order on Monday, the manager promised a free replacement for my next visit. I followed up the next day, but the handling of the situation was a total disaster. I called to claim the replacement as discussed. The staff told me the manager was busy and would get back to me within 10 minutes. I ended up waiting for nearly an hour with no update. When I followed up again, they simply brushed me off, saying "the manager is out, so we can't verify it." If a business promises a remedy, they should have the integrity to log it in their system instead of making a customer wait around only to be turned away. It’s not about the $7 pizza; it’s about the complete lack of respect for a customer’s time and trust. I won't be coming back.

In the app it will say the food is ready but in reality it's not, when you arrive you'll probably wait an additional 15-30min. Probably marking things ready in the App to meet corporate metrics, but in reality it's not. When your order is marked ready, give it about an additional 15min before you pick it up.
