  Has anybody seen the guy at the drive-through with open wounds on his hands blood scabbing it’s absolutely disgusting. How does the manager allow this? I would love them to comment to try to fix the problem or make it right you will not until you have him wear gloves it’s not only discussing to the eyes. It’s horrible that the person has to touch your sandwich. Wrapping put it in a bag touch your change and give it to you just things like that. It’s absolutely horrible.

  Management needs improvement. Why nobody checking the kiosks to make sure there’s ink, and if the restrooms are for customers then put the code on the legible receipts. Your workers are already busy enough, so the restroom codes need to be somewhere easy for the customers to see. Also, hire more workers and pay them a fair wage.

  What is the post of ordering ahead on the app if I'm still gonna have to wait 20 mins for my food when I get there? And whenever I do curbside they never show up, I always end up having to go inside the restaurant.

  I wish I could give this place a negative 5. How are you gonna mess up and then not give compensation and have nasty attitude?? Alan did not give me my full Order and when I called to ask if I could get that and compensation because it’s time money and strsss he said no and started saying that it wasn’t really anything like? That’s not problem solving at all he transferred me to another girl sophia she was just as useless and rude. Do better both Alan and sophia horrible customer service.
