  Clean and organized McDonald, but need to take care about customer that drinks alcohol inside the store, there is a lot of kids here, including my kids. They were drinking Corona Beer and talking to loud and noisy! Really disrespectful for another customers.

  This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. I had clear proof of my mobile order receipt in my email, yet because the app glitched and failed to display it properly, the staff refused to be helpful. Rather than making any effort to verify the order or resolve the issue, they acted dismissive and indifferent, as if helping a paying customer was too much to ask. System errors are understandable. Indifference and laziness are not. A business should be able to handle basic order verification when its own app malfunctions. The attitude I received made the situation much worse and reflected very poorly on this location. Customers should not be made to feel like they are a nuisance for expecting employees to do the bare minimum. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both staff training and accountability.

  Would rate 0 if possible. This MCD is close to i live, 9 out of 10 times that I order, they would miss something in the bag. CAN YOU TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PLEASE

  This place ALWAYS Has an Issue. No Ice cream, No This, No That!! BUT It’s The Convenience of the Location that Keeps Me Going back! I mean, Its Only McDonalds BUT theres Always An Issue.
