The manager who refuses to give his name, ( Asian Gentleman)- simply a unprofessional , know -it - all with a highly negative attitude. Store is basically empty but makes you wait- such a mean spirited nature. Constantly gives wrong items or does not prepare a customized dietary religious based order correctly and they blame the customer. Would not honor a Digital Coupon and a physical hard copy paper voucher from the corporate office. Claims they do not send ‘ those ‘ out any longer- but just received days ago from home office who claims all locations are obligated to accept them.Alluded they may be fraudulent. Okay Hurts to send such a negative review- but the lack of empathy understanding- is non existent. Zero customer satisfaction. Kitchen needs a refresh- outdated and not very clean. Am sure patron satisfaction can be improved- please try harder- stems from management.
