    First time going there and I will not go there again, it is like a zoo inside after school hour. It took forever for the food to come out, it took 20 minutes. this place is a pass.

    I understand that area is a busy place but this McDonald’s seriouslyNEEDS security not this one but two or more The school children comes in, especially the teenagers come in Disturb the place make it uncomfortable for people come in and eat. Some of them will come with your friends and smoking teenagers while people are eating. Food is not fresh at all cold Don’t let me get started homeless people come in harassed customers in and out this restaurant need help😑🫤

    La comida la entregan cuando quieres;los chicos en la linea de preparación se la pasan platicando en una ocacion me dieron mi orden equivocada por una de menos valor y casi por lo regular se les olvida poner servilletas en mi orden,en una ocacion estaba en el baño y una empleada abrió la puerta sin tocar me incómodo muchísimo no quise reportar por somos humanos y no equivocamos pero últimamente se están pasando de la raya,el manager o encargado no abre a la hora que está establecida juega a poner las bolsas de la basura para hacer tiempo con que intención no lose ojalá el manager regional haga una inspección sorpresa para mejorar el servicio.La comida está exelente al igual que las bebidas pero el servicio no diré que es pésimo pero necesita mejorar.

    So the service is bad I understand that, the atomosphere is bad I could also understand that, even if you have hair in your food I'd still say I understand that; BUT, WHAT IS THIS IN THE COFFEE?! ARE YOU THINKING WHAT IM THINKING? THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD FROM A RESTAURANT
